The Bat King

The Bat King is the god of darkness. Over the millennia he has spawned millions of new species of bats, each with a special ability to reign as prince and princess in each of the realms of the underworld. The first reference to this creature was found in ancient arcane writings: “From the king of the dark emerged two princes and a princess, Mursh, heir to the inverted throne, Elag the ethereal cave-builder, and Io, the conquering warrior.
